1. What I collect

When you book: your name, email, optional phone/company, your brief, and any files you upload. When you pay: the payment is processed by the payment provider (e.g., PayPal); I receive only a transaction reference and status — never card numbers.

The site itself sets only the cookies strictly needed to operate (e.g., admin session for the owner). If privacy-friendly analytics are enabled, they collect aggregate, cookieless statistics only.

2. How it's used

Your information is used to deliver the consultation you bought: scheduling, sending confirmations, invites and reminders, answering your question, and legal record-keeping. I do not sell data or use it for third-party advertising.

3. Where it lives

Data is stored with the infrastructure providers that run this site: hosting (Vercel), database (Turso), file storage (Vercel Blob), email delivery (Resend), meetings (Zoom), payments (PayPal). Each processes only what its role requires.

4. Retention and your rights

Booking records are kept as long as needed for accounting and legal obligations. Uploaded files are kept while your consultation is active and can be deleted on request afterwards.
