1. The service

alhawamdh.com sells professional consultations by Aladdin Alhawamdh ("I", "me"), delivered either as a written answer by email or as a live online meeting. The scope of every consultation is the specific question or topic described by the client in the booking form.

Consultations are professional opinions based on the information you provide and my experience. They do not replace site inspections, certified engineering reviews, legal advice, or the responsibilities of your engineers of record. Final decisions and their consequences remain yours.

2. Booking and payment

A booking is confirmed only after payment completes. Live-session time slots are held for 20 minutes during checkout; if payment does not complete in that window, the slot is released.

Prices are shown before checkout in US dollars. Payment is processed by our payment providers (e.g., PayPal); I never see or store your card details.

3. Written consultations

You will receive a written answer to the email address you provided within 48 hours of payment, unless a different turnaround is stated at booking. If your brief is missing information I need, the turnaround clock pauses until you provide it.

One round of short clarifying follow-up about the delivered answer is included within 7 days of delivery.

4. Live sessions

Sessions take place on the meeting link included in your confirmation email, at the booked time. Please join on time; a session ends at its scheduled end time regardless of when you join.

If I need to reschedule for any reason, you will be offered new times, and if none suit you, a full refund.

5. Cancellation and refunds

Live sessions: cancel or reschedule free of charge up to 24 hours before the session start using the link in your confirmation email. Cancellations within 24 hours of the start, and no-shows, are non-refundable.

Written consultations: you may cancel for a full refund any time before I begin work on your answer. Once the answer has been delivered, the fee is non-refundable.

If you believe a delivered consultation failed to address the question you asked, contact me within 7 days and I will either remedy it or refund it.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days.

6. Your materials and confidentiality

Files and information you share are used only to answer your question. I treat all client material as confidential and do not share it with third parties, except the service providers who host this site's infrastructure.

You confirm you are entitled to share the materials you upload, and you retain all rights to them. A mutual NDA can be signed on request before you share sensitive material.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability arising from any consultation is limited to the amount you paid for it. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made without the context a full engagement would provide.

8. General

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Riyadh.
